// The Context Layer, Built For You · Owned Infrastructure · Over 20 Years B2B Revenue
CreativLabs.io builds SMB B2B founders a context layer: Your customer, team, process, and business context, pulled from the tools and conversations your team already lives in, verified against what actually happened, and put in one place your company owns. Your AI and your agents finally work from your business instead of guessing at it. Built for you. On your ground. Keys handed over.
It stays current on its own: facts update from your tools, and nothing changes without a person on your side confirming it. It does not freeze when I leave. Strategy first. Automation second. Sovereignty always.
Every answer it gives traces back to the record it came from. No guessing dressed up as confidence.
Everyone has the AI tools now. Some have agents. The same playbooks, the same workflows, the same output. The thing that makes your business yours is what it knows and how it decides. Own that.
Anthropic published the numbers on their own internal agent: 21% accuracy without curated business context. Around 95% with it. Back down to about 65% within a month once the documentation was left untended. Context is the difference, and untended context decays. That is why this layer feeds itself instead of waiting for someone to update it.
Every tool on the market holds the part of your business that made it to words. The most valuable part never does. That is the layer I build.
Select any to see it straight.
More tools and more hires do not fix this. The layer beneath them does.
A context layer is your business, made legible to AI: gathered from the work itself, resolved into one living picture, and kept current automatically. Not a pile of documents. A living record where the customer named on a call is the same customer in your CRM and your inbox, where "qualified" means one thing everywhere it's used, and where every answer cites the record it came from.
Nothing goes in on faith. What your documents claim gets checked against what actually happened before it counts as true. And at handover you receive the build manifest: a signed account of what is in the layer, what was deliberately left out, and why. Nobody else hands you that page.
And the day you sell, raise, or hand the company over, the layer shows up in the price. A business whose knowledge lives in one owned, current, auditable place transfers whole: due diligence reads from one layer instead of six people's memories, and what the business knows goes with the business instead of walking out at close. Buyers price that.
This is not a platform subscription and it is not a cleanup. It is a build, done for you, priced fixed, with your exact timeline in writing before anything begins. When it ends, you own everything and I leave.
One requirement, stated up front: your layer needs a named person on your side to tend it after handover. A few hours a month, comfortable with admin dashboards, following the maintenance guide I leave behind. No engineering hire needed, though if you have technical people, they'll take to it fast. If nobody can own that, this build is not for you yet, and I will tell you so.
Here are my answers in writing. Collect the other vendors' answers and compare.

I'm Karen Zubrowski. Over twenty years in B2B revenue. I sold, I managed the teams, and I built the systems underneath the selling, work that didn't have a name yet when I was doing it. Two decades of watching the same truth hold: the tools never made the difference. What the business knows, and how it decides, did.
I've operated under the CreativLabs name since 2019, contracting inside other companies' revenue teams. In October of last year I incorporated CreativLabs Inc, put CreativLabs.io inside it, and started on one question: what happens to everything an operator knows when the tools change again? I didn't chase the answer alone. I put myself out there, found the others building passionately at the same edge, and learned alongside them while I built. Almost a year later, the answer runs my own company. The first context layer I built was my own, worked out here before anyone was asked to pay for one.
The Lab is where the creativ juices flow: tinkering, exploring, wild ideas pursued because the best work often starts as fun. Sometimes the fun turns into an obsession, and this time it might be more than that. The piece taking shape here is the vantage layer: the part that doesn't just know your business but applies your own decision logic to live work. It runs on CreativLabs today. It is not for sale yet. When it's ready, three founding clients will be selected from my context-layer client base, my choice, because that work needs trust, honesty, communication, and real feedback more than it needs a check. If a wild idea in here fails, that's fine. If it works, watch for the next founding round. I post what I learn on LinkedIn as I go: the wins, the faceplants, and the parts that scare me a little. Putting myself out there is part of the work.
The fastest way to judge any of this is to watch mine run. Live, on the call.
Own your judgment. That's the whole belief.

If your business only knows what you remember to tell it — this is where we start.
